Shipping policy

We use UPS Ground, unless otherwise stated. We ship only to the Continental 48 US States and to residential addresses only. No sales or shipping to Exporter or Distributor companies/addresses. No sales or shipping to PO Boxes, stores, other retailers, re-sellers, transfer shippers, exporters, non-residential addresses, shipping companies, 3rd party sellers, marketplace sellers, or any and all other entity or entities. Orders are accepted only from individuals. 

Shipping rates are UPS Ground rates calculated by size and weight by Shopify unless otherwise specified. Generally it is $10.00-$15.00 for Texas and $15.00-$20.00 for out of state for a pair of shoes. Skateboards and other heavier items might be more. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges and/or policies at any time.

*Please be ready and prepared to receive your shipment upon arrival. Tracking will be provided. Be wary of "Porch Pirates". These thieves are everywhere now and will steal an unattended package left at your door. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If your package has not arrived in the designated time frame, please contact UPS with your tracking information. If you require insurance for your package, please contact us prior to purchasing.

We will be unable to help you with a late, delayed, lost, stolen, or otherwise missing package except to assist with providing a tracking number. By using our site and ordering from us, you agree to take full responsibility for receiving your order. You also agree to hold us harmless for any and all issues with your order. We are not responsible for any and all shipping issues after it leaves our possession. Please contact UPS directly for any changes to your shipping or any questions about shipping regarding your order.
